Organic, grass fed, pasture raised meats, cheeses, and bone broths. Prepared meals and snacks. Truly the highest quality food you'll ever find. Great for having on hand for a quick and easy dinner.

My motto: Pay the farmer or pay the pharmacy; the farmer costs less in the long run and feels better in body, mind & spirit. TSH makes and sells amazing, delicious, nutritious food! Yes it costs more bc the government only subsidizes corporate junk. This is slow & healthy food, mostly organic and sustainably sourced that is full of what our bodies need for long lives of wellness.

Not sure what the buzz is about this place - maybe the ready-to-go meals? Barely anything on display to purchase on the floor.

I love Three stone Hearth. Outside in the parking lot on Wednesday afteroon, Leras family farm sells amazing mozzarella and pepper jack cheese, yogurt, cream and milk from Jersey and Guernsey Cows. All his produce is amazingly good and the Yogurt is incredable. The mozzarella cheese is hand pulled on the farm, and he usually sells it with organic Tomatoes and fresh Basil. There are also organic eggs.

I was given a jar of Bolognese sauce. I want to save it a few weeks. What is best? Freezer, frig? I I freeze it I have to open it to take out some of the sauce so it won't explode. (It is in a Mason jar). That introduces bacteria.

Our straight-sided jars, including the pints, are safe to put directly in the freezer.

I've purchased bones from the dairy and beef guy at TSH. He's only the on certain days and you have to ask him. You can also get organ meat from him.
