Yes they do i asked them to because im allergic to shell fish my self. Just let your waitress know and they'll take care of it. If you go dont forget to get you a Bow Wow it's their signature drink.

I am allergic to cayenne pepper, usually they can fry with fries. Call they will let you know how they can accommodate you. Every thing is good eats.
They fry everything together, as most New Orleans restaurants do
I think the only way you will know is to call them and explain the allergy.
