It's not like that on regular days at neyow's. Just a couple of weeks ago me and my wife went and had no problem getting in there.

No you can't make reservations. We waited 2 hours before we got a call but it was well worth the wait. We also came down for Madi Gras, not sure if it's different any other days.
Don't think you can for the cafe. The line moves really fast, also if you're happy sitting at the bar you can pass the line sometimes
