I don't think so. They seem to have unique deals every year so I would guess that the tickets are only good for the year purchased. But I would certainly inquire at the gate.

I don't think so. Everything I've read and heard indicates you just need the ticket itself.

I'm not sure, you'll have to ask at the gate, I got in free by riding amtrak there.
