What are the 'stipulations' for attending this years fair?

No it's not true about wearing the mask indoors. I was just there today and me and my family were not wearing masks.Alot of people where not indoors or outside. So leave the masks home if u like.

You have to buy your tickets online or use your card at the gate. Parking online or you can use EZ Pass at gate or use your card at gate. Most vendors are cash only. And they advise you to wear your mask in all the buildings.

A building was closed down for the rest of the fair because people were not followjng the rules but I see so many places also not doing it. They closed one that have a big spot for kids so maybe thats why.

Masks on public transit and while indoors...try to socially distance as best you can

It is a mandate by NYS Health Department to wear mask indoors. It's a order people; however security has not taken steps with NYS troopers to enforce this order.

Def bring your mask signs are posted all over ..some people may have been eating with out mask but you for sure should bring a mask you need to for the bus from orange lot to the fair but they provided it so if you forget your mask I'm sure a mask will find you
