The food is awesome, there are so many choices, from typical fair food as others have stated to local restaurants, there are healthy options, vegetarian and so many others, The No. 1 reason people come to the Great New York State Fair... Food!
So much to choose from. There is an international building that serves foods from various countries as well

Food is great..they have everything but stay away from this thing called the IV...my husband got sick as a dog off it the time we went
A huge selection of food. Dinosaur BBQ is my favorite.
Not bad, but it is typical carnival food.
Like jolly said👏👏👏 the selection is massive, dairy building has quite a few different foods and then of course hundreds more outside and other buildings
For the NYS Fair, it is amazing. Huge selection to choose from and from what I've had, and others have said, it's been great.
