There is a sign posted in the parking lot clearly stating no overnight parking. I'm sure ppl do stay and get away with it... Others aren't so fortunate.
Yes there are a TON of RVs, people live in the Walmart parking lot. It's always the same RVs so yes they live there which I think is annoying and it should be illegal.
