Similar to others, when I called to make an appointment, I was told that there is a three month wait. But I was told that I can be seen sooner by a nurse practitioner. I made that appointment even though my condition is/was not critical. Unlike others, once the nurse practitioner came in and started to ask about my medical history and current problems, she told me that she was going to get the doctor. I waited about ten minutes and Dr Westhoff came in and spent over half an hour with me, did an ultrasound exam, patiently answered all my questions in details, and scheduled a followup. When she left the room, I heard her apologizing about the long wait to the next patient... so I guess if you were the next patient, I should apologize too.

It’s >>EAST<< of the Old Office down Loma Vista: 3555 Loma Vista Road, Suite 100 Ventura, CA 93003 ========================== Dr. Westhoff-Pankratz has always been a great help with managing diabetes and helping lessen its health risks with a loved one. Her staff is very kind and helpful too. They use devices like CGM’s (Continuous Glucose Meters). Like the Dexcom G6 for patients and their families to monitor and treat their glucose levels.

Dr. Westhoff-Pankratz is an exceptional doctor, her level of knowledge & her approach to patient care is above & beyond what I have experienced elsewhere. I have been her patient for probably close to 15 years now and have had remarkable care. She is caring, listens well, answers questions, will discuss treatment options, is cutting edge on current practices and is very responsive and efficient with my needs as a patient. As an additional side note, she is so friendly & warm & just lovely during my visits. Her staff are friendly & efficient, the office is lovely & well structured & the parking is plentiful. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you are fortunate enough to become her patient you will be cared for by the best!

Have been trying to get an appt with them but like what the other reviews are saying. Staff are dismissive and rude. I have never heard a doctor’s office that would say “we don’t do call backs,” pertaining to the file that will be sent by the primary care provider for the referral.
