Ugg. The people here are so friendly. They know who I am when I walk in the door. Can't I just get through a banking transaction without all the chit chat. I know, I know, it works better that way for most customers, but it is just not my style.

Very Disappointed I banked with Chase since they were known as Washington Mutual I attempted to stop a transaction and they advised me to let it go through and then they would reverse it and after many hours of being hold and transferred several times then disconnected repeatedly I had to go in to the bank only to be told there was nothing they could do and when I told them I need to cancel my accounts they made no attempts to save me as a customer This is a very big disappointment I would have preferred not to change banks after all these years😔

I don't appreciate having to make an appointment and then being left to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes. Ali should not double book appointments then leave business customers hanging in the lobby. I'm pulling all business from chase and putting it in Bank of America. Frigid B.S.
