I was a long time customer and used to do an excellent services, the manager is so rude very unprofessional and disrespectful. They workers left a scratch on my leather seat. The manager said the business hasn’t a business liability, no workers compensation any insurance. Where is the City of Ventura?. I saw a lot workers there. I called the Five Points Car Wash, the manager answered the phone “DON’T CALL US ANYMORE” and hang up. That’s terrible.
