We require proof of income and proof of address and ID. Its income based. We do STD checks Mon-Fri starting at 1pm its first come first served.

Yes they do. Cost goes off income last I checked $30 was the lowest amount and they allow payments. you will need proof of residency and pay check stub. And driver license.
