Reservations are the best practice here.
I would recommend reservations, everytime I have been there they have been nessiserry.
You don't need a reservation for lunch if you're missing the lunch rush
Dining area is smaller. Highly recommend reservations.
Reservations never hurt, especially in holiday season.
