Everything was wrong! Placed a to-go order: Ordered burger, asked for no goat cheese crumbles and got them still. Asked for medium cooked, burger was well done. Asked water as beverage. No water given. Also no napkins given in to-go bag.

Good service and quick delivery! Super easy to order online for curbside pickup, and they keep you updated throughout the process. The food gets packaged well. Only complaint is that they forgot to provide me with disposable utensils like I specifically requested. The food itself is pretty solid, they have a nice roster of $12 lunch specials at this location, and I like the Alfredo pasta with broccoli and chicken. It's a good place to stop by for lunch if you're in the Jantzen Beach area, for sure.

Good food. Horrible service. The waitress was rude and seemed like she was trying to rush us all through our meal so we could hurry up and leave. She never asked if we needed refills. 3 of us ordered beer and they were flat, when we told her she said that the bartender had tasted the beer and it was fine. Right after she brought out our food, she asked if we were going to be wanting desert, we all looked at each other since we weren’t even half way done with our meals and said no thank you. Then shortly after she brought us our bill. When we saw the bill, which she never even asked if we were all together or separate (we were all paying separately) she went back to reprint and after us tipping none or very little due to her horrible service, she came back to our table upset and asked if there was something wrong with our service because “usually when groups come out to eat they leave a good tip” We couldn’t even believe that’s how she chose to approach that situation!! We explained that the way we were treated and that the service we received had not met any expectation and wasn’t right in the slightest bit and she said “ok noted for next time” and walked away. Probably won’t eat at this place again. Too bad because the meals were delicious! Tip to the cook!

We just ordered 3 large deep dish pizzas for my daughter’s birthday and were extremely disappointed. I’m not one to usually take time to write negative reviews, but their pizza was simply awful and so overpriced. It’s not “deep dish”, the bread/crust is just 90% of the pizza. As others have mentioned, there is virtually no cheese or other toppings. We paid almost $100 for essentially giant mediocre breadsticks. I’m glad we had gift cards to use up, which is the only reason we chose BJ’s. Sorry to be rude, I just don’t want anyone else to have this same experience. I have no intention of ordering again. Should have just gotten Papa Murphy’s… *edited to say that the women who took our telephone order was professional and polite, so that’s nice*
