Why won't you fix my ceiling its been leaking for four months? Also why is the roach problem not going away? Is the maintenance team really qualified and able to do any of the repairs properly on the property?

Yeah no, we just moved out, the place is ran by a slumlord, we had black mold in our apartment all throughout, there were roaches, the maintenance team never showed up, nor did anything to handle any of our problems, this was the building closest to the Chinese food place, bottom floor. If you're thinking about renting from this place, don't.. get that thought out of your head, 300 dollar pet deposit, I tried to add someone to the lease, management gladly took the 20 dollars to process said lease, two months later no reply on subject, nor any progress made to add said person... Avoid this place even if it's last resort. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate.
