Overly concerned about the parking lot activity to the point of unwarranted calls to both police and tow truck. But is borderline negligent regarding general grounds upkeep and safety measures especially concerning vigilant and consistent pest control, sufficient dumpsters to tenants ratio to ensure proper and consistent waste containment, updated outdoor gathering/activity spaces (such as the playground spot), repairs to parking lot potholes and curbs, and sufficient security surveillance to allow for proper response time concerning unwanted personal property damages/disappearences and Intruders. They should also consider reinstalling laundry facilities with surveillance in each building with a coded lock entry so that some of us that are travel deficient can still contribute to the obvious pest control issues that plague every tenant to the point of developing neurotic cleaning obsessions and chronic bouts of depression/psychological instabilities (which effects income, thus effecting reliability/consistency of proper rental fee payment). This is generally a quiet complex considering the stereotypical struggles of individuals with financial variances. But on a bright note, the maintenance/security man is personable and definitely competent enough to hold the jobs even though he does come across as cynical and unyielding upon initial approaches involving his paid duties. My personal judgement on this is: "Just because we ARE low rent, doesn't mean we have to look or act like it."

Thank you for contacting us about the lawn care. Please contact the staff on site with questions like this. In Kansas City, the weather has been a big factor when trying to get the grass mowed. We hope in the coming weeks, the weather gets better and the lawn can dry out.
In most cities, due to local fire department ordnance, grills are not allowed on the balcony.
Please contact the Property Manager with any concerns. Based off the weather reports in the Kansas City areas, the ice storm this week has been very hard for everyone in the Kansas City area. With another round of sleet and freezing rain predicted today and tomorrow will make things worst. Please be careful where ever you go.
Yeah no, we just moved out, the place is ran by a slumlord, we had black mold in our apartment all throughout, there were roaches, the maintenance team never showed up, nor did anything to handle any of our problems, this was the building closest to the Chinese food place, bottom floor. If you're thinking about renting from this place, don't.. get that thought out of your head, 300 dollar pet deposit, I tried to add someone to the lease, management gladly took the 20 dollars to process said lease, two months later no reply on subject, nor any progress made to add said person... Avoid this place even if it's last resort. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate.
