Deborah Watkins unfortunately we are unable to make boots smaller. We can make them wider by adding calf elastics. Making any shoe or boot smaller would for 1 compromise the shape of the boot and 2nd you would never get the boot to look right as it would have crinkles everywhere. If you would like to bring them in to the shop we may be able to help you in another way but need to see the boots. Thank you in advance!
