We love this office. Always friendly drs.and staff. Dr higgins takes his time to explain things. We never feel rushed out. Wanda went above and beyond. The phones weren't working. She called back several times. What a great experience. Thank you for the great service.

Update..Since this Optum group took over its not the same place. I've been here a long time and so have my family members. You can't get through on the phone. The wait is long. It just told me 20min to talk to someone for an appointment. This company is all about money and now they are affiliated with United Healthcare recommend their Dr's..etc... Not who the Doc thinks is appropriate. Always get in on time. Everyone is really nice and accommodating.Awesome! Whole family goes there... Been going for 6yrs now and love them more than ever. The new group Riverside Med. they're assoc with is better.

I saw Dr Peters about three times here. During the first appointment, I was a bit off-put by her blunt personality. I went back to see her two more times and felt quite nervous and almost judged while being seen. I did not feel comfortable, especially at the last appointment I just had with her. My parents live in Naples where the hurricane hit, and I had just received a call letting me know they were OK. I was getting off the phone as she walked in and she seemed annoyed from that point going forward. I don’t know if that is entirely the reason, but I don’t feel comfortable returning for another visit and will hopefully find another Dr with a bit more compassion and a warmer personality. The two stars are for the techs who saw me before the doctor; they were always very nice!

I was coming for an appointment from about an hour away and was 13 minutes late. I called to let them know I was running behind and they said it was OK given they have a 15 minute grace period. When I got there, Doctor Hammond was there and refused to see me. I wasted 3 hours of my day and she turned away a patient over 13 minutes of inconvenience. Couldn’t be more frustrated with this place.
