Type 1 diabetic on time for fasting blood work. There are no humans in the front to help anyone check in and the machine is broken. One person comes from the back and scolds everyone. When she get a minute she will help. There is one patient back getting tests done, 5 of us sitting here waiting. The worst of the worst. Why is there no human to speak to?

I know I been wondering the same thing.ugh
They claim to take walk-ins, but in my experience, you'll be waiting for hours to be seen without an appointment.
