I truly don't understand the bad reviews for this location. Kea was an absolute delight. She didn't have the orders for my labs and patiently waited for me to work it out with my Doctor's office who ended up faxing it over. Easy fix. She could have easily asked me to come back another time but she cared that I got my labs done that day. While I was working on reaching my Doctor's office, I watched at least 5 people come in, check-in, sit for a total of a minute, get called back, and then leave having had their tests done in an efficient and timely manner. This location runs extremely well from what I could see. When I finally had my lab orders faxed over, Kea was a wonderful companion who guided me through the various tests that were ordered for me. When it came time for the blood work, she easily found a vein and drew the blood needed. I have notoriously bad veins that roll out of the way, but she made it look easy. As for the bad reviews, if you're the type of person to recognize that this staff, like everywhere else, is made up of human beings who aren't always having the best day and don't deserve to be treated poorly because you're not having a great day yourself, and you have the ability to just be a kind person - you shouldn't have any issues.

I had the worst experience. The lady whose name I was told is Barbra. Took her slow time entering my information into the computer and I had an appointment by the way. She took over 30 minutes inputting the information. I spent over an hour just getting blood work and I didn’t wait in a line. I accidentally left my folder, I noticed when I approached my car. By the time I returned to get it she threw my folder with confidential information into the trash with no Attempt to contact me. I was still in the parking lot and she didn’t apologize. Moving forward, get a job you can actually like and treat peoples time and property with respect. Embarrassing!

I had a 9:00 appointment for bloodwork. First time at this location. I arrived early and was taken back before 9:00. The phlebotomist Barbara was excellent. I am a hard stick and some people don't want to go in my hand where I have a good vein. Barbara drew all the vials with one jab in the hand. Great job!
