$80 lesson. Never trust an establishment that requires upfront payment for service that has not been completed. Terrible work on a pair of my boots. Paid for them to be re-soled and shined. What I got for $80 was dusty boots with glue smeared all over the upper leather/soles and gaps between the soles including pieces of rubber hanging off the sole tread. Forgot to mention it took two months to get my boots back. Asked the owner by phone to get some kind of refund. She only offered to have me leave my boots longer and she’ll see what she can do. The owner also stated no refund would be given. The owner included that she did many of this type of work before mine and never had any issues, which is hard to believe. A toddler with a glue gun would have done better work.

Dropped off my favorite Coach purse to get the broken zipper replaced after Easter in April 2022. They said on the phone before I took it (spoke to an older woman) bring it in it will take a week and we charge $25. When I took it in to drop it off it was all the sudden $35 and would be ready the first week of May. It's now July 15th still no purse I call and they say they don't have it yet because they are out of zippers and are waiting for them. I want this purse back for summer 😩 and now it's half over. Left a message a couple of days ago if it's not done I want my money and purse back. I haven't received a call back at this point. This shouldn't be this hard or annoying. I'm so mad that I went to this place and trusted them. Very poor customer service.
