The main issue with four adults is that the villas have only one bed and one non - foldout couch. So you'll need to bring an air mattress or request a rollaway bed (I believe for a small extra fee). But we have slept as many as five in one villa without an issue.
The one who made the reservation is a military, right? I believe they can bring a friend and family with him/ her without extra charge, but they have to be wirh the military member to enter the base. That's the information I have.
