You have to book them 12 weeks in advance. Military that lives on base gets to do this. All other other military can book 8 weeks out. The villas are very popular and hard to reserve.
First come, first served. Rank does not have a play in who gets reservations first. But comes into play on where your put. All the information you need is on the MCCS website in regards to reservation times and how far out reservations can be made based on your status (active duty, on orders, etc...)
