We would like to have our 50th anniversary gathering and reserve 2 joining cottages . Can you reserve more than 12 weeks out? For this event? I need to plan and know for sure we will get cottages.

You might just have to call and ask. Typically if you call on the day that they open up the reservation, you should be fine to get one. There are no bad spots!
