I went in December 2017. I went to the reception, I asked for a car to return to the airport and they never told me anything about the free transport. A very educated and attentive woman came and among her comments she stated that she often made the transfers and charged them cheaper than the rest ... In my case the free transfer never existed. Tip: ubber, very used there, with super competitive prices.

Hi. I arrived around 7 am and waited for the hotel's minibus service, which has passing times through the airport later. The stop does not have hotel identification. Check well with the hotel in which door or exit and level passes the van and what time. It may take a few minutes but in my case I waited and it happened. At the airport there is no wifi with free internet ... but you can contact the hotel to check by telephone that they work in coins.

I rent a car, but if I'm not mistaken, the Miami airport is closed until 7, we had to wait on the plane. The hotel loved the attention, cleanliness, we had a divine room with balcony.
