Thanks for your interest in our Hollywood studios. These are studio condoms. The name of the complex is Beach Terrace Resort. There are 50 units all individually owned. Most owners are here only during the winter. I live and work locally and have three units that I rent to people that like a nice vacation at Hollywood beach.
