I cannot speak more highly of Janice and Pam. Janice, the nurse in Memory care, was both caring and so kind to my sister and I and our aunt. She bent over backwards to communicate and help us. Pam was what we referred to as "Grace whisperer ". She gave my aunt comfort and joy during her time at the Peninsula. My aunt t danced with Arthur Murray studios in her early 20s and Pam made sure she had activities that brought those memories back for her. She also was a devout Catholic and she loved going to the services. Pam, I can't thank you enough for your love you gave to my aunt. Thank you!

Please allow me to start out by saying, my mother has been in the ALF system for more than 7yrs, with only one other facility. That previous experience has been nerve-wrecking to say the least. Transitioning mom to The Peninsula ALF remotely (out of state) has been the smoothest process i've experienced in years! Robert Levy and his team @ The Peninsula are absolutely the MOST professional staff i've had the pleasure of working with in a very long time! Mom is beyond ecstatic with her new environment, and Sheryl (CNA) has already helped mom to feel at home. Whew....what a relief it is, to have this comfort, for both myself and mom! Thank you, Peninsula!!

Awesome culture, truly everyone we encountered that is a part of Mom's care team was incredibly friendly and caring. The activities are amazing in keeping the residents engaged and provide a purpose that they deserve to have. The clinical care team at all levels spoke to me and Mom and answered whatever questions we had and helped Mom with patience. I recommend the Peninsula and blessed that this is my Mom's new home. I can rest knowing there are people who give of themselves (not just a job) to make her and the other residents feel special!!
