Holy Cow, Jonah, who works at this location, is THE BEST. He went above and beyond to help me today. I overheated in Forest Park zoo bumper to bumper traffic. Jonah let me purchase coolant over the phone and then hand-delivered it to me. Not only that, but because Jonah is also a mechanic, he was able to assess my situation and tell me when it was safe to drive again AND gave me recommendations for where to go for a radiator fix. He could not have been more helpful. Without him the situation would have been much worse.

Stopped in because I needed transmission fluid and the two gentlemen on staff literally went above and beyond for me. If they are not the definition of great customer service that makes people want to come back, I don't know what is!

They were busy but friendly they make sure they greeted everybody that came in Star knowledgeable where's things you may need if you have a check engine light so glad we come out side and scan your car and try to help you figure out what it is O'Reilly's is the only place I go there part and accessories for my car
