I am a permanent resident of Australia with Philippine passport, i will do a Bahamas cruise for 4 nights from port Canaveral. I have a valid USA tourist visa. Do I need to get a tourist visa to Bahamas to board the cruise?

Yes you do require a Bahamian visa. The visa costs $100 and there is a 2day processing time. Should you require expedited service an additional $100 is added with the total visa cost at $200 per applicant and a wait time of 3 hours. Documents needed are the completed visa application form, 1 passport sized photograph, valid passport and your cruising itinerary. Visas are processed between 9am and 3pm Monday-Friday.
