At the risk of getting flayed alive... I would suggest that this really is not an appropriate place to bring children who aren't old enough to sit in a chair and use utensils. Why? Because to say the tables at the Ivy are close together is wild understatement! There are mere inches between tables. A fussy (or worse) child (of any age) in such cramped quarters would be as welcome as a turd in a punch bowl. It's not that I hate your children. But I really don't want them having a meltdown in my $50 lobster cobb. 😉

I've been there several times but I've not seen any highchairs. During the times I've been there, I've seen families with children but not children so young that they require a highchair.
