Two guys and two girls who live nearby make plans to meet up and grab a drink at No Vacancy early on a Friday night at 9:30 p.m. Guys arrive early to grab drinks for the group and find a place inside to relax. Bouncer quickly lets guys (and another group of six guests with men and women) know they are not accepting any guests without reservations until midnight. Guys send a text to girls to let them know, as they begin walking to another nearby watering hole. Girls’ phones are in purses, so they do not see the texts and they get into the bar immediately – five minutes after guys had been turned down. I am one of the aforementioned guys. I will never patronize this place again because they are dishonest blatant sexists. There are plenty of other great places nearby that are more deserving of my money.

Perhaps one of the most amazing places in Hollywood, very good cocktails, a bit crazy but intuitive tender bar, exciting location.

This place is phenomenal as long as you get there early or as long as you have matched on tinder with the bouncer. You will pay for overpriced parking and they will not reimburse you if you do not get in. Let me be clear the bouncer will prioritize anyone who bribes them knows them or super like them on a dating app. If you are vocal about waiting 45 minutes for no reason they will kick you out.
