The Dresden will be opening at the end of May. Just go to their website and you can make an online reservation from there.
Marty and Elayne perform at the Dresden Tuesday through Saturday from 9:15pm to 1:15am.
I've never been there that early, but If they're open, you'll definitely get a seat. They don't get crazy crowded til around 9pm. If you like meat, get the prime rib sandwich! It's amazing

Usually, if you want just a drink. You have to be at the bar.. And, it fills up fast.. Also, they may give you a table but there will some sort of minimum of drinks to order.
They have a restaurant side and a bar side. I believe 18 year olds can sit on the restaurant side, but I am not sure if they would be able to sit in the bar area

Park behind the restaurant. Enter through the alleyway. Valet parking is reasonable and worth it or else parking in the street can be extremely difficult.
