From library website: All OCPL branches (Jacksonville, Richlands, Sneads Ferry and Swansboro) have public computers and Internet Access. For visitors and those who are unable to obtain an OCPL library card, a two-hour visitor pass for computer use may be purchased for $2 from our Smart Kiosk™ Convenience Centers. Black and white and color printing is available for the cost of $0.20 per page.
