Best water/sanitation services ever. Kind/Compassionate employees We never lost our water during hurricane Florence Once it was safe in our with our trash and debris was picked up quickly. They have gone above and beyond to provide outstanding service during a very difficult time for our community Even prior to the hurricane we always received excellent service and in fact one day I was rushing to take my trash can out to the curb because I forgot to put it out the night before and I have a bad leg and one of the guys working on the truck jumped off the truck to come and get it for me and was so super nice I really appreciate it and we are grateful for the City if Jax utilities department each and every day Thank you city of Jacksonville utilities department ♥️🙏🐾

Only 3 people working in the utilities section and yet service was quick even with my terrible questions. Theyre prompt and professional (at least up front) and we're probably the best part of my experience getting my apartment all hooked up.
