No community pool. But....plans are underway to bring a YMCA to Jacksonville.
The City does not own a pool, but partners with Holiday City Mobile Home Park each summer to offer access to a pool. You can visit JacksonvilleNC.gov/Pool for more information. There is a splash pad at Jack Amyette Recreation Complex located at 1825 South Drive and one under construction at Northeast Creek Park located at 911 Corbin Street which will open in May of 2018. No, they do not have a pool. However, the Jack Amyette Park has a splash pad, located at 1825 South Drive. It's open from Memorial Day to Labor Day 10-7 and is free. There is also a splash pad being constructed at the the Northeast Creek Park, but it won't be completed until fall 2018
