I received a lash lift & tint. When I was handed the mirror to look at the outcome of my lashes, I was filled with embarrassment & anxiety. I saw NO notable difference in my lashes. I thought it was a joke. When I got home, I broke down into tears after my husband asked me if they even did anything to my lashes. I gave them a curl with my eyelash curler just to feel better. I was too scared to say that I was not satisfied with the service in the moment so I paid the fee. They did provide a service, after all. But I would not recommend getting a lash lift from this place. I also received an eyebrow wax. While the eyebrows came out decent, I was left with a burn? or ripped skin on my eyebrow bone.

Just over 3 months ago I went in for my very first brazilian sugaring. I was greeted by a smiling receptionist and a clean environment. Sierra was my esthetician. She was very friendly, thoroughly explained the entire process and was patient with how nervous I was. I've since been back for my maintenance appointments and have continued to have the same great experience.

I had Kim and she was phenomenal, very welcoming and personable staff, the studio was very clean and overall it was a very pleasant experience.
