You can camp at a designated campsite on Bear Island which is part of the park. Some are close to the beach.There is a ferry that goes to Bear Island which costs about $6 per person or you can kayak/canoe over. Hammocks Beach's website has campsite maps, ferry info etc.

Reserve a spot on Bear Island. No camp fires allowed. Beautiful place to camp. Restrooms available. Have fun.
Not really sure. They do have specific camp sites set up. So, probably not.
