Just curious as to why you have a listed number if you never answer the phone. The public community should be able to call and ask simple questions.

They are the worst Post Office I have ever dealt with. I have had this same problem. The only way to get an answer out of that place is to go up there or wait for the mailman unfortunately

Even if they pick up they'll put you on hold and never come back. If you think Cliffdale is bad, don't ever deal with Southern Blvd. The Postmaster and Inspector general has been written about that manager. They are out of control. My Zip code went an entire week without mail and we had to write our Congressman. Their excuse was "We were instructed to delay mail due to the cost of operation and lack of carriers. All of a sudden mail comes before 3PM when before we would get it sometimes as late as 11PM. No joke.
