Walk up to the clerk asking to ship a package. They tell us they dont do that. Hello? It's a post office. Then she decides to explain they don't PRINT labels. We just wanted a package shipped. Why did we need to be immediately denied when they do infact ship packages?? It was just unnecessarily rude and complicated.

Zero star. Husband helped me to to drop off some packages that have 3 layers on them. Not Pretty looking But apparently secure. The lady looked at him: you are not shipping that. And FORCED us to pay for additional mailer bag to put them it otherwise she refuse to accept them. NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE ANYWHERE ELSE.

The absolute worst customer service. Nobody answers the phone. All are rude when you go in person. Never get my packages when they say it was delivered.

They are the worst Post Office I have ever dealt with. I have had this same problem. The only way to get an answer out of that place is to go up there or wait for the mailman unfortunately
They closed the Fayetteville NC major distribution center which was the worse thing USPS did!!!!

Well here we are 2 years later and the same thing is still happening but to us. They marked it as delivered and I never got it. I have been trying to reach someone for 6 days and still no answer… no package. Smh. I will continue to update because this is ridiculous.

This one do not. You have to go to the Post Office on Green Street downtown Fayetteville. They offer Passport Services. I think you have to make an appointment. You can get an application and photo service there too
The USPS just does not care about the american people/customers especially not until they are losing business. I dropped off first class paid shipping packages in the drop box only for them to hold it for 3 days until I made a claim for them to call me to say my label is invalid. Checked the status after getting off the phone and they were updated to show they were leaving the state.

You can buy another one if you misplaced or lost one. You CANNOT have one made by any store. It states it on the key.

What is the correct address and did it have a tracking number.
Or you could write a note with your address dates to start and end dates , whether deliver or you pickup and sign it and leave in mailbox
