There are stoller friendly trails but you won't be able to go down to the waterfall with a stoller. Beautiful place definitely worth a visit.

I don't think so if you're baby is too small it better to use the kangaroo baby carrier.

Main trails are packed gravel, but you won't get great views of the water falls from the main trails.

It's not bad around the shelters and playground/picnic areas, but the trails are not paved so expect a bumpy ride. You can see a couple of the falls if you come in to the lake end parking lot. There are gravel trails that take you into the upper dells area.
