https://www.dnr.illinois.gov/closures/pages/CurrentclosuresOfDNRSitesAndAreas.aspx has all the closures for parks in the state
The lower and upper dells where the waterfalls are at are closed but the paths on higher ground are open just at some points muddy and i mean ankle deep mud at times wear shoes that will suport your feet and also you dont mind getting dirty
Last time I was trying the water fall trails and they all had closed signs up this was last week
They were a couple days ago, most the trails were okay but there were some muddy spots.
