As early as possible. Traffic to the shows is variable based on conditions in the city. There is a parking garage that charges around $35 based on show, next to the venue. Advice; get there early and take a short walk around the area for food or drinks. Several great places to do so within a short walk. Be prepared for the steep streets as well, however.

They open doors an hour early. If its seating take your time but if its open seating early to get a good seat

It depends. If you have assigned seats, 10 or 16 minutes will be enough. If not, you might want to stake out better positioning near the stage.

It depends on the show, there should be information on The Masonic's website that gives the time the doors open

For parking, probably a few hours. For the line it depends on your seats. Assigned seats you could probably do 30~60 minutes. Floor you will want to do earlier if you want to get closer to the stage without forcing your way past people.
