Horrible customer service all ages show of 14 y/o girls and we had to buy tix no big deal but then told we couldn’t go to restaurants 30 feet away….. little man on a power trip next time hey have a shooting at a rap show maybe you should treat crowds a little different

Great venue, great staff. Parking can be a hassle, sometimes, but that's how it goes for most venues.

Small venue, rules for upstairs unposted, security woman wouldn't answer simple questions like where are the stairs. Ive been security and she was just rude because I made her work. On her phone the rest of the night. Recognize, you're the one people will remember. Check yourself.

They have a full bar
As with most venues of its type, age restrictions are typically set by event. The venue in general is otherwise a bar. Not a place for non-adults unless a specific event is going on.

Standing usually. Sometimes they have seats in the upper catwalk for certain concerts.

Not that I know of. Most of their events are ran by 1% productions which use online services to sell tickets.
