Get a player card. Use it when you play and according to your usage, then eventually you will get some. Make sure you request this. Where they issue you a card, they have access to putting you want no mail. Have them remove it. It takes about a month for it to process.
I was there the other day and had orchestra seats. Maybe about 12 or 14 rows back in the middle. They were very nice seats. Our first time there but a couple sitting next to us said that there are no bad seats.

There are no exchanges, upgrades or refunds for purchased tickets. If the tickets were comped through your players card then you can contact a host and let them know that you will not be coming and your account will not be dinged. Hope this helps...
