Subpar hotel to be Ritz Carlton, nice location and views but rooms are dated and given the price only given water in the rooms. Adult pool bar closes at 5pm everyday??? Its a resort hence the resort fees and large incidental charges. Staff were all very nice and helpful that is the one plus!

We don’t understand where the negative reviews are from. This place is amazing! Definitely a Ritz (stayed at the New York Central Park location previously). We drove our truck worried about valet from reviews and now I feel silly. This place is top notch and nothing but the best for their guests. The spa is amazing! Had the best massage of my life here. Definitely will be back! Ignore the negative comments, people like complaining.

Some in room amenities include shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body bar, face soap, 4 water bottles, sewing kit, shower cap, shoe shinning kit. But the property does have many additional amenities upon request suck as dental kits, shaving kits, ect.
Not sure. I was there right before Covid restrictions were lifted and they didn't have it then.
Hello James, I've stayed at the Ritz Carlton many times and I've had my dog with me a few times.i believe the charge was 250.00 but check directly with the property and have a good time!!
