My husband was pouring blood in his urime all day. It got worse so we went to ER. He was there from 6pm until 1 am. They did nothing but take blood and urine samples. It took 5 hours for a Dr to read results. They did no x-rays, ultra sounds, cat scans nothing. They sent him home still bleeding and said well we d8dnt see any infection so you need to go to a urologist. What happened to our once great hospital??? Don't we go to the hospital to see what's wrong to get saved? The place had people sleeping on floors smok8ng and eating at the doors. So sad. Where do we go for help?

If I could give this hospital less than one star I would. I had the misfortune of needing to go to their emergency room due to a procedure that was done in the morning and had complications with bleeding. I was not only treated rudely, but also felt like I was an intrusion. The cleanliness of the room they put me in was appalling. What I mean by that is dirty items on the ground besides sloppy trays of blood work etc. I could go on with my horrific experience at Eisenhower Emergency room but I feel I have shared enoughI I would be extremely reluctant to feel comfortable in the future in their care for an emergency situation as I felt this was. I and many others in my community will be looking elsewhere.

The wait is ruff.

If you are in a life or death situation god FORBID you are ever brought to this ER. All the staff in this hospital are rude, condescending, and you can tell very well that they do not care about anyone who comes through those doors. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of coming here my entire life, and you better expect to be waiting in the lobby of this ER for a minimum of 8 hours. I have never had such terrible service with each experience. Management, learn how to respect your employees so maybe the nurses and other staff will learn how to treat their patients right.

No. The only hospital in the area with level 1 trauma is Desert Regional Medical Center. Thank you.
