Good question, unfortunately the Clinic is a CBOC and doesn't have the capability to receive the item. Even if they did it would have to go through voluntary services in Livermore. Best recommendation is to check with the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veteran Association, American Legion, or Veteran Service Office to see if they have a local veteran who could use it
They do not have a prosthetics department. You can try and see if they can send it somewhere, but Livermore or Palo Alto would be better to asl that question to.
