I’ve been a Medical & Legal interpreter for over 15 years, so I’ve seen quite a bit in differences of settings in courtrooms, clinics and offices. I’m actually sad to even report, but Dr. Chuah Cha dismissive towards her Asian patients and plainly just rude to the point where the patient flat out said; “I’m scared to ask her questions!” I just thought that you should have a trusting and comfortable relationship with your doctor. Unfortunately this isn’t just a one time experience with Dr. Cha, it’s happened too often.

I am so tired of this Health plan. They make riders Transportation due every four months. They also will not allow a copay on the Magnesium that I take. I feel it was better for me. I am going to see if I can find another Health plan.
