Yes, this smog station gives proper registration once it passes smog.
They don't give out the registration tags. The smog place will upload the paperwork stating your car passed smog into the DMV datsbase. You will still have to go to DMV to get your tags.
No they do not. You want smog-n-go out smog & tag both of which offer registration services as well as certifications.
