Been shopping here for years, specifically this location(Mack Rd.). I love Rainbow Shops! They always speak to me when I enter. I’m big on taking my money where I’m treated with decency and respect. I’m glad the employees here have always been professional and friendly towards me. Even the security guards are always nice! The employees help me when needed & the line moves quickly when waiting to pay. I appreciate I’m able to get cute outfits and accessories on a budget and my items last me. I also very much appreciate that more items now come in 4X. Being plus size and tall makes finding fashionable and affordable items a struggle. But here, I always leave smiling and happy about my outfit I put together. Today, Charaya(Sharaya) helped me out and was very kind and pleasant. Thank you so much. To the team that thought up these spring/summer looks, y’all did a great job!
