Getting my vehicle smogged here was an all day event. The gentleman first did an visual inspection and told me that I needed to go new a new gas cap since it had cracks, fine. I left and purchased one, return for the smog...20 minutes Into the smog he came in to the office to tell me that he couldn't find the VIn on my vehicle. I pointed out where I believed it to be and he told me that's not it. I return home to ask my husband about where it might be and we verify in fact both places I pointed to Were in fact the Vin numbers when I when I returned to point this out to him and continue my smog he acted as if it were fishy even though the numbers matched my title. Eventually my car completed the smog and passed thankfully it just took a long time to get to that point so beware.

The worker moved my rv (without asking!!) and backed it into the building doing damage to the bumper. Tried to work out a solution with the manager who promised me a check in the mail, then just ghosted me. Thanks for wasting my time.
